At Winston Bakari, executive coaching is regarded as part of a professional development strategy that involves a coach working with an executive (or a high-potential individual) to unlock their potential, enhance their performance, and achieve their goals.

Our coaching model is tailored to the client’s unique circumstances but in all instances it involves a safe and confidential relationship between the coach and the person being coached. Our interactions are conducted in a safe, structured, and trustworthy environment in which to offer support for the client, be it an individual or a whole team. Through these interactions, the client receives insights and increases awareness regarding their current competencies, how they’re perceived by others, how to focus on identifying and clarifying current goals as well as the appropriate action steps to reach those goals.

After the initial discovery call, clients are able to decide whether to just undergo psychometric assessment or subsequently subscribe to the coaching course. Psychometric assessment results are comprehensive and the feedback session provides adequate structure for any action planning the client would wish to develop and pursue independently.

Depending on the client’s requirements, the psychometric assessment may just be a self-rated set of personality, aptitude and behavior tests, or it could entail a multi-rater test such as the 360 feedback to obtain input from those he or she works or interacts with on a regular basis.

We use the DiSC methodology, and offer services to individuals and teams.
